About the Conference
The Vermont Collective Impact Conference will feature presentations and workshops led by Greg Hills, Managing Director of the Leadership Team at FSG, and connect you with fellow Vermonters who are committed to improving our communities by working together. Greg has over 20 years’ experience advising corporations, foundations, governments and nonprofit organizations on strategy, program design, evaluation and operational improvement.
Greg will help us define Collective Impact and what distinguishes it from collaboration, and share how to structure a Collective Impact approach. He’ll also show us how Collective Impact strategies align with and support the Results-Based Accountability framework, share studies of successful communities and show us how groups are using these strategies in Vermont.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of essential concepts and factors of success, and tools you can use to assess the readiness of your community to engage in a Collective Impact approach.
