Below is the agenda for the 2015 Vermont Collective Impact Conference that took place on Tuesday, October 20, 2015.

9:00am – Welcome & Opening Remarks

9:20am – Collective Impact 101

What are the essential elements of the collective impact approach? Why is it successful? Presentation and discussion facilitation by Greg Hills of FSG.

10:45am - Break

11:00am – Panel of Vermont Leaders

How are collective impact strategies being used in Vermont? Why is this important? What is needed to continue to grow the use and efficacy of collective impact?

11:50am – Reflection & Discussion

12:00pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Collective Impact 201

What does it take to implement collective impact approaches? What can we learn from communities within and outside of Vermont using collective impact strategies? Presentation and discussion facilitation by Greg Hills, FSG

1:45pm – Assessing Community Readiness for Engaging in Collective Impact

Participants will learn how to assess readiness and track progress in implementing collective impact, and will have time to practice with a tool they can bring back to their communities.

2:30pm – Breakout Sessions
